share buy back?? Retiring or placed for resale??

With the .00005 transactions displayed on L2 as black indicating no buy nor no sale. I wonder, is this share buyback?? Is the company returning shares to the treasury for retirement or is the company returning the shares to the treasury for reissue at 2X the purchase price.

Or, is it just the MMs??
