Once she saw that someone was out to get her she probably should have kept much tighter lips. It's very easy to walk a price down, run a company out of money then call them liars because they didn't meet a deadline. Much harder to believe they tried. Also hard enough to start a business without having slanderous attacks adding to the task. Especially in the current internet times we have to operate in. I've seen established companies go belly up due to a single bad experience posted to a forum and then regurgitated on countless forums.

This is the type of defense of Margrit I simply can't comprehend. MRIB didn't meet a deadline? What have they EVER accomplished or delivered? Brazil isn't late, it's fictional. And as for calling Margrit and MRIB liars, is it not true? Did Margrit state publicly that there would be no dilution or toxic funding for financing purposes when in fact she had secretly done so both before and after said statement? I'd call that a lie. And what exactly were the slanderous statements? Of the negative information posted I've seen nothing that was false or slanderous. And to tell you the truth I'd like to know how ANY board comments kept MRIB from selling vodka, delivering on promises or making progress as a company.

Fact is that MRIB failed as a result of Margrit, plain and simple. She failed in 2009 and she has failed again in the same miserable manner and for all the same reasons. There wasn't anything MRIB learned the first time around other than how to run a stock scam successfully. Done it twice now with the same horrid results for MRIB investors and the lining of insiders' pockets. There was never really a company or products. Just a publicly traded shell company and some props.
