bkbbk5- I don't believe the HP was used on the NIH patient.

Here's my reasoning:- When the FDA ok'd the use Emergency USE of the HP they designated a number of medical facilities. I assume the NIH was one.

Since that time, had any of these facilities so designated ordered the HP for inventory in the emergency event, AEMD would have released that news. It would be huge ......... just the order as it signals a willingness to employ it should it be needed.

But no such announcement has ever been released . So my assumption is , none are in stock anywhere and so hasn't been used.
Further, training requirements would be needed. I haven't seen any news release that AEMD was dispatching anyone to train those in the designated facilities.

Just my opinion . Any comments are welcome
