They got balls, I'll give them that.
Buying back shares from insiders who have 60 billion to sell and can't dump to retail. Then they can issue more shares through death spirals.

Puts money in insiders pockets and allows them to issue more shares.

And they can PR it (right before the YE filing) as a "share buyback", even though a real one is done on the open market, not just handing money back to insiders.

I wonder where the cash to pay the insiders will come from.

Still 383 million shares to go at $.0002. Well, 383 million that have already been put up for sale.
Does retail have 383 million shares they bought at $.0001?
