Who currently holds shares for Baxano?

I'm in a dilemma. Isn't it even worth selling shares in Baxano at this point? Someone mentioned about a possible reverse-merge with a private biotech company. How would that benefit the common shareholders? It's disappointing to see the current state of Baxano compared to a year ago at this time. Extremely frustrating.
