Also, a reverse split is typically done in an effort to raise the share price in addition to reducing the number of outstanding shares. Often in pennyland this is done as a scheme to sell or dump shares by a crooked management. If we are at 6 cents a share, why would there be a need to raise the share price? In pennyland, 6 cents a share and holding for the better part of a year is a mighty respectable share price and I see no reason a company would feel the need to R/S at that price especially with this O/S.

Besides that fact, this is not a pump and dump share selling scheme as there has been no evidence of that to date. Nate is not going to destroy his credibility with an outlandish move like that.
