If you check the IDT website and the 50 million dollar announcement, the company forecasts that it will need to move to a larger facility.

The job posting just confirms that, but it also tells you where the facility will be located.

In other words, they have no other HUGE contract announcement that would necessitate a move like this other than Kallo.

All imo.
