Is CEHD the real deal?

Question, if this China Crazy Buy deal is still pending via a June 30th SEC filing extension...why the following?

•Discussion of business transition and business segment expansion of the Company from offline traditional wholesaler of consumer electronics and appliances to commencement of online sales through China Crazy Buy, an online platform provider of direct sales and business marketplace;

If this deal is still pending via ability to secure financing....how could transactions be taking place through China Crazy Buy already?

So is this a good sign?

Also why is the SEC 10K going to be late? Is this related to the China Crazy Buy negotiations? If not why?
