BORK still has +\- 500 million authorized shares and 450 million outstanding according to their company profile on OTC. The as of date is over a year old. The Nevada website that says they have a billion shares is incorrect. The OTC website is where the correct accurate information will be. Yes it is over a year old but they have not completed any financials since then. If the outstanding shares increased at all, a new financial report would be needed to reflect that.
