Well, considering that you publicly self-disclosed here that you were not only a "proud associate" of the homophobic criminal JOSEPH ZAMPETTI, but also one of the amateur financiers disclosed within SCRC's own SEC filings as having received .05 PIPE stock, we are obviously talking about YOU and the rest of JOEY Z's crew...

As far as cvs if one did their dd they declared elimination of paying for compounding medicine. Imo it will be worked out.

Actually, if one did their DD, they would find no such declaration. Unless, of course, JOEY Z fed you some inside info that BS Schneiderman fed to him, then the ONLY infomation that was made available in the public space simply and succintly stated that CVS terminated its agreement w/Main Ave. It was not simply a disagreement over how much to pay for compounding reimbursements. The ENTIRE relationship with CVS/Caremark, the 2nd largest pharmacy benefits manager in the country, has been severed effective 3/13/15... ...although it is always possible that CVS/Caremark can be re-engaged at some point in the future, there is currently nothing in the public space that would indicate any likelihood of that occurring... ...nice try though...

Other than the fact that the entire existence of yourself, JOEY Z, SEAN FITZGIBBONS, and the other scumbag financiers/promoters whose relentless and reckless dumping of both their 0.00 and 0.05 PIPE stock over the past 18+ months has been the reason why shareholder value has been repeatedly destroyed, you're right, there is nothing more that LEGITIMATE shareholders have to complain about...
