The announcement is not on a Friday, because you can't react to it on a weekend, but rather on a Monday or Tuesday because that way everyone can react, business deals and contracts are negotiated, calls are made to top medical agencies, and most importantly, the momentum is carrying on thru Wednesday and Thursday!

Now people want to play a guessing game on the day of FDA approval?

My prediction is April 21, Tuesday early in the morning. It might be brought up Monday evening after the bell to build momentum. Because company emails are going to fly at ultrasonic speed when the news leaks, leaks normally can't be prevented.
