I think FMNJ's role is partially putting that "master plan" together as the "Bohemians"...lol...don't quite know how to do what they are doing efficiently and as profitably as possible.
Wasn't it Andrew Carnegie who did not know much about steel, yet was one of the best pickers of men? First billionaire because he was intelligent enough to pick the right people who knew how to do what needed to be done and surrounded himself with those types. The result was historic. Perhaps FMNJ is providing the technology and know-how to get the Bolivians up to speed as opposed to "riding the short bus" and working like a 3rd world country.
