AURYN has control of the mineral deposits. JJ has control on whatever is available ($$$) to MDMN shareholders.

Not a good situation. We now have to rely on both:

1. The deposit is economically viable.

AND

2. JJ will give MDMN their fair share of any proceeds either through a dividend or share price appreciation.
