As of recent finra changes, and please don't ask me for the link, it was sometime ago, all trades have to be shown, even below .0001 between MMs, so that's why .0001 shorts exist and it's not myth.that why recently if you have been envoy ex with trips you see 99% drops at .0001 and gains of 9900% at .0001
