PVSP~Congressman Destroys Marijuana Prohibition in Under 4 Minutes

As Marijuana.com has previously reported, the new Congressional session that began last month is expected to see a flurry of positive cannabis law reform legislation. Several bills have already been introduced — like one aimed at letting V.A. doctors recommend medical marijuana to military veterans, another to permit industrial hemp, and one more to stop the feds from seizing property involved with state-legal medical marijuana operations.

Now, members of Congress from Oregon and Colorado are teaming up on comprehensive legislation to establish a system of taxation for marijuana once it becomes legal under federal law.
