This is almost an easy story to figure out.

New guys bought a shell but didn't realize that the structure was all screwed up.

They have probably spent close to @.5 million to get the structure set.

Now, if they didn't think they had something why bother?

if you don't get some UP action after the stock split is done, this is DEAD.

I'm betting they got something.
