My guess on the unannounced trial is that they came across some unexpected side effects during the liver trial. Possibly one of the enrollees had a bout with psoriasis that improved during the trial period. Probably anecdotal evidence, but since a small P1 for this is relatively cheap, they thought it would be worth a shot, especially since there are not many/any other really good treatments available for psoriasis. I don't place much confidence on this, and it appears, they don't either. Anyway that's my guess.
