How to increase the stock price of VSYS:

VSYS could easily be trading higher if the following were done:

1. Promotion via credible channels to retail investors

2. Provide guidance ranges. Investors shun silence.

3. NEVER miss a projection. Shareholders shun companies that do. Once bitten..

4. Provide continual positive news for investors to look forward to, especially any time the stock weakens. Like it or not, OTC stocks primarily move based on short term expectations. And they move down when they have nothing specific and positive to look forward to.

5. Stop spending more than you take in. That's fine to do when you have cash but not a good idea when you don't because it puts you in a poor bargaining position for financing. If you can't do it as is, then start reducing salaries across the board of all but your most productive individuals. If that isn't enough start laying people off. Investors reward companies when there is clear skin in the game. Otherwise, it feels like we are being taken for a ride, and the stock price will reflect that.

6. Raise funds when the stock price is up. This reduces the potential dilution. Dilution is the enemy of stock prices because it is the enemy of shareholders.
