Looks like a worthless no money making company of slick talking pump and dumpers in bad debt and embroiled in toxic financing that is going to have to do another massive reverse split soon after doing a 20,000 for 1 reverse split last summer. The only way you could make money here is if you buy in at .0001 and they manage to do one last barely successful pump and dump in the next little while before they do another reverse split and the price tanks again, but you run a big risk of just losing everything because these guys have diluted like crazy (my guess is the float is a good bit higher by now than the 721.93M they say here) and nobody is buying and odds are high that you'll never be able to sell at a profit before the next reverse split. That's my take on it, but of course I'm just some random anonymous guy with opinions that are usually but not always right.
