My early assumptions were that the true reason for the skull and crossbones was a failure to deliver.
It came out that it was suspicious activity of the company using a marketing team to sell (pump and dump) stock.

I am on the web site now and I may be wrong but the status seems to have just changed.

It is now a rule 4320 “short sale delivery requirements”

It appears that I was correct in my early assumptions and did inform the company of my research which, if true,
just changed the tide of this investigation.

The short sellers put us on the list when they did not have the capitol or willingness to come up with the money.
