This is my point of view:
"The market has been going up, because investors have concluded that there's a tremendous amount of fiscal and monetary stimulus in the system, that eventually it will take in the form of higher economic activity, that U.S. corporations are in great shape, and when economic activity picks it up, profits will explode. "
