All the more reason why they should put out juicy Press Releases. This will run hard up and then will be diluted down. Sounds like your typical penny stock. But to think they will dilute at these levels is rather silly. Id rather sell 300,000,000 shares at .03-.05 then sell them at .0016 .... So expect some fluffy PR's to send this through the roof. #playthegame
