At the rate this is trading it will never reach the required level for Nasdaq listing. I think management knew full well that this would never be a candidate to get to the Nasdaq. I truthfully feel they lied to investors by using the Nasdaq bullshit to get the R/S passed. This management team in my opinion are on the same level as common thieves. So many of the posters who were labeled as bashers with an agenda were spot on calling this one .

Hundreds of thousands of dollars were lost in this fiasco by honest people investing in what could have been a successful venture if only handled by competent management. JMO
