Apparently something was read that was not written.

I personally wasn't persuming anything.

I was just merely pointing out that the same person worked for RiverRock and BlueRiver..and that the BlueRiver site is still "blank", at this point but the domain name was bought in January.

Oh and that the ACT site wasn't working properly but that's no big deal, we see that the gov can't get sites working. So not really concerned with the site not working. I am sure it is fine or will be soon. Whatever it does.

And I am sure that BlueRiverColorado.com will start sometime.

As far as the rest of your post, I am not sure what you are talking about and how it relates to my post. Or maybe it doesn't.
