Unfortunately, if you view your shareholders as a cashcow..then you don't really care how many shares are sold to get to the cows milk.....that is why the 25 Billion AS...if they need to sell 15 Billion to get that 20 Million so be it....IMO....

Otherwise, they would hire a reputable Investor Relations group to ensure that new investors are attracted, that the shareprice is supported during conversion etc.....and we all know he aint gonna do that! What? Why hire a non-revenue generating firm when you can fleece the shareholers.....besides, what good is a well worded void of mispellings forward looking PR....when you can sponsor a golf tournament or a race car driver.
