There are many reasons for this problem. In fact,
there are too many to even speculate at this time.
But look at it this way, I don't have them, you don't
have them, no one else has them. This means that everyone
will get them on an even playing field.
Remember, there are restrictions on the green fund stock
of 4 months for each dividend. If he distro'd the shares,
investors would be paying from 25 to 125 per certificate.
The last 4 month restriction ( by my count) would end on
April 30th 2015.
If the disro happens for all 3, the investor would save
as much as 375 dollars. This means Frank is footing the bill!
