Pulling back in my mental files (their dusty and have cobwebs/crickets chirping) but I believe UBRG (moderators at the time) debated and figured out that the massive share conversions were done around at a discounted price of about .0003 is what they got them for.. we hit 2's today which means shares sold are at a loss at 2.. something interesting will happen soon.

This is just my personal prediction
