IMHO company is eliminating many institutions from participating due to lack of guidance and transparency. A money manager puts his career at risk if you invest based without guidance. you have no data to back up and support your decision if you are wrong. Company does not provide periodic revenue projections. Also, the stock market trades daily so you cannot value the company on a yearly basis. Market is a forward looking discounting mechanism and even when quarterly results are announced, we have no idea what the next quarter will bear, therefore stock trades accordingly. Mgt needs to find a compromise to help analysts. The stock trades scared. My 2c.
