THEY DONT HAVE ANY STATE LICENSES……..and the State of COlorado has a statutory rule that determines if a license application get reviewed and DECIDED upon within 90 days

WHICH MEANS, that any of the "purported" INCC "growers" needs to apply to the State, no later than May 2015 to be assured to get a license by the INCC PR guarantee of "growing by August 2015"

another OOOPPPSSS will have happened again……….making that the 5th or 6th DOCUMENTED OOOOPPPSSS via INCC PR promises since Sept 2014
