We also know Bud Genius wants to repurchase more shares, and
has repurchased 1.9+ billion A/O Sep 30, 2014.
"Is the company going to do a buyback of stock?
We have received many shareholder requests to do a buyback to reduce the total outstanding shares of the company. We also feel the number of outstanding shares is too high. The company recently completed a buyback of nearly 5% of the company’s outstanding shares, and is presently in discussion about ways to do more. As buybacks occur, the shares will be cancelled and the board will complete a resolution to reduce the authorized shares."
