On/Before June 30th the truth Revealed IMO

If this deal is legit IMO we will find out on or before June 30th 2015.

Did CEHD know before March 31st that financing wasn't secured? IMO the Market was expecting news that the deal was either dead or done. But we got the 8K IMO at the last minute that additional time is now needed.

So now more time is needed until June 30 2015 to secure this deal?

This could explain the Market's reaction aka trading volume

Hopefully if this deal is real the financing is non dilutive

I have already expressed my thoughts on Mr. Liu. I have never met him and have no personal knowledge what so ever of him. I can only see a part of his personality threw his actions as a Business man. One needs a much wider view of a persons actions and dealing than is coming from PR's.

As all human beings are a value of ONE I render to him the respect due anyone. One learns more about others threw that other persons conduct and speech. These reveal more about a persons personal values than Hope and Hear say.

Perhaps the Market can learn more about this company during the conference call on April 10th 2015
