Well, I gave it a quick read and find this: "The Company is in discussions with several capital organizations with a view to selling more common and preferred shares as a means of financing future capital needs."

Does this mean after the "E" is dropped, Shareholders will take another hit because of a new offering? Or, is this just an old idea tabled last year?
