I think the MMs were telling us something with the pre market ask stack at 18. I believe after todays action we will close at that very number. I have witnessed this in the past. That is where they want this to end the day of trading. Just watch the action today. And if news drops, as I think it may, we will blow right past that 18 target in matter of minutes.
