I have held this stock now for some three years more or less ( probably more! ). I have watched as Mr. Liu has built this company. He has always taken excellent care of the stock-never diluting it in any way! But I have been hesitant to say to many positive things about it as others may think that I am trying to pump it!! And as these things were still far in the future there was no immediate need to mention them. But as you ask and as the time may now be within 6-9 months of being possible here it is.
The next move up I believe will be to the Nasdaq small caps. He has already moved from the OTC to the OTCQB which has more stringent requirements than the OTC. The big differences from OTC and the Nasdaq is that most large investment firms are prohibited from investing in the OTC because of the risk to the publics money! ( Wish are Senators cared about spending our money as much!). But on the Nasdaq, that investment money would be available. And those firms buy in large chunks! Many more investors with much deeper pockets!!
The Nasdaq has more requirements that the OTC and the OTCQB ect.. Minimun share price is one of those requirements. The Nasdaq requires a MIN $2.00 per share price I believe, and the Nasdaq small caps requires a Min. of $ 1.00 per share. So after the deal is done and we are an on line point of sales companies the next obvious goal would be to go to the bigger boards were there is a much larger pool of investment Capitol!
So to me I believe it will go as follows: Deal-Name Change- Nasdaq ( small or regular ).
Now keep in mind that there are many things that need to be done to achieve each and every step! But Mr. Liu has shown that he is very aware of how to go. And without waste.
The above is of course, JMPO. But my Montra has always been Buy and have Patience!! And to do that one must believe in Mr. Liu and his company!!
