Bucks2pennies, you are right. This takes who knows how long dealing with government agencies, and what he has to produce to satisfy them. He has stated the name of the company that is doing his audit. He has stated that he has submitted a retainer to them. He has completed the end year finance and it is filed with OTC. I'm sure that all of this had to happen for the SEC audit to be done. Set back, Chill. It's all in order. We all know that the time and money has been spent to bring this company forward. I think all we need to do is give it the time to let it be done. And by the way....gotta say it.....Spock out. lol
