What did I not read close enough? I said "if." I've wanted to hear how Minerco was going to pay for distribution, advertising, etc. If you read my posts the biggest concern I've had is share structure and the possibility of increasing A/S to accommodate growth. They have mentioned a few times that moving to traditional financing was their intent and the increase of the LOC helps sooth those issues right now. Retiring shares to treasury will go a long way as well with my personal trust with the company if/when it happens. I'm not calling this "too the moon," but it did indeed help me personally with a few issues I've had with the company. Are we"out of the woods?" Nope, but we are taking what I believe is a huge step.
