ars after reading your continuous posts on this board I hope you wont mind if I ask a few questions about your "FACTS" before I decide how much money to invest in this stock.

You state that Manny Carter.......he's getting 10k PER MONTH since 2004... I am trying to find where you get that since I cannot find any source for these numbers in the filings. I find where he is a Director but I know directors don't get that kind of pay. I also see where he is a participant in a leasing company that has provided financing to ERFB but he could not get anything from that deal unless he put money into the lease financing in the first place.

I also cannot find any reference in their filings where Carter has even been associated with ERFB before 2013 so where do you come up with your statement of..... 10K per month since 2004...???

finally, since he is a director all stock or funds he receives individually has to be disclosed in their filings and it is not there except for a small director compensation.

Unless you can document your facts your rants are going to be disregarded by myself in making any investment decision, and should be by others also. The only person that you should trust on a message board is yourself after you do your on DD.
