Because stock manipulators traded into the bid hoping to get someone to sell some shares because they are betting they can create enough misinformation or get someone else to sell so they can walk the price down?

Or they wash traded some shares? Lots of reasons why things happen. Why did people sell at .04 and why did they buy at .97?
