Does the words "exclusive rights" mean nationwide and/or worldwide? IF PROVEN SUCCESSFUL THIS COULD BE HUGE, VERY HUGE. When the environ people, air-pollution people and green people get ahold of this technology they will have know choice but to run with it...Just imagine with thier powerful lobbies in D.C. to make it mandatory for all diesel burning govt. state and city owned vehicles being mandated to burn diesel ethanol ONLY....Oil just hit 71.35 and going higher...XLPI has in it's possession such a wide range of options at the present the stock itself looks like it is building for a huge breakout...As far as the 5% dividend is concerned....never look a gift horse in the mouth...dilution? not really if just one of XLPI's products takes off...Many questions should be answered tomorrow.....................gd
