According to the transcripts, the plaintiffs did say they could allow a couple of weeks beyond the April 17th and the 29th, but they didn't want to go longer than the end of May, to make sure they don't get cut off. The first depositions mentioned are from FHFA personnel and FHFA has produced seemingly more percentage of docs requested than Treasury. They all seemed to leave it at the discretion of the attorneys, based on the best interest of their clients. So, we'll see!!!??
