Or possible huge buyback as previously suggested by PVEC?

Where is the cash to repurchase shares supposed to come from?

Remember, the company now has a debt of $4 million made to the holders of the Series C preferred shares which were claimed to be redeemable for cash of $.20 each. This debt now legally has to be shown on the company's balance sheet.
