Extraordinarily rare to find a form 15 penny stock get uplisted. They would first need to have audited financials from the moment they went dark and we know that's not going to happen. The founder was doing the financials for years and we know he's going to prison secondary to multiple felonies. No such luck with ever having audits. Hell NTEK refuses to tell who their auditor is. At least last year they did while they were stating how they were being worked on until it was found on here that no audits were in progress. Then all of the sudden they dropped that auditor and got another mysterious one.
