Disclosure semi mess as usual. I don't look at financials when the company refuses to disclose enough information to verify any operations. All activities claimed need DOT authority.
There is absolutely no direct authority here, period.
IF they obtained authority whether it be brokerage, they would need to be under a broker agent contract. NOT DISCLOSED.

Or whether it be Obtained carrier authority and purchased equipment from another Iowa company. NO DISCLOSURE. AND AGAIN, very easy to disclose info to verify, IF THE INFO IS TRUE AND ACCURATE. THEY GOT CAUGHT DISCLOSING PURCHASE OF CRANE CREEK TRUCKING, NO VERIFICATION, OWNER DENIED SALE. So the story had to change.

They got caught NOT being able to sign on directly with H & N Logistics because PTAH had no DOT carrier authority, so the story changed.

Still no verifiable operations since May 2014 due to lack of disclosure.
