Not sure I understand this post. They released multiple PRs in the past that the deal was going to be extended to end of 1 quarter and March 31st etc. If they didn't want to release anything in a PR then why keep extending the date in PRs in the first place? What has changed from all the other times they released PRs? In my opinion....
