REVERSE SPLIT - This is the most likely of events, especially since it was announced by PVEC late last year its intent to reverse split (it use to be stickied by Cassandra) and it would not cost PVEC any funds. We all know the PVEC does not have any available funds for a buy back as disclosed in their public filings.
