Several 'things' can come of this
Chances are they have worked something out with him by now.
Secondly he enjoys liquid, obviously, therefore if he see's more possible profit in the future he'll stick around and drop little by little for lunch money once this thing gets rolling.
I'm speculating he's been dealt with on when and how he can rid himself of the holdings, if he still has them, which none of us know before 5 months ago.
