INCC has never said that they were approved by the county, I have not seen that in a PR anywhere - if you see a PR that INCC put out that said they were APPROVED, I am interested to see that....

also, this is a normal process where you go to the county, you submit the application and then they tell you what needs to be changed in order for the county to accept the application....

this is all normal business and we have heard this already.....
