Wow! Once again proving that all the gun laws in the land are not only infringements upon our rights, but a waste of time and money because by their very definition criminals do not follow or head the laws. Thanks for this post.
I don't know the gun, but if it is a true machine gun he does not have enough magazines or ammo to run it. It looks like a cheaply made AK variant - that means unless it is a true military weapon it is semi-automatic and not a fully and therefore not a machine guns.
This reporter must be an anti-gunner as most of them are completely ignorant of firearms; they just hate and don't investigate.
