INCC has NOT PAID its Huerfano County fees for a land use application……….cant go anywhere with the County unless you pay the fees……………County isn't even looking at application,,,,,,just sitting on the desk collecting dust……..

several things with INCC's PR stories ARE "variable" and possible in a deal that has nothing but the "future" promises of a BK CEO

remember INCC is NOT applying for a license……the growers who have nothing at stake here ( no security deposit or financial commitments )…are the ones relied on to apply to the State for a grow license
