There's truth to that but we can't expect them to babysit their secondary market degenerate gambler investors either. They're filing on time and got f&$ked by a predatory financier. Probably wouldn't even have their doors open today without that deal. This isn't a Fortune 500 company but I dare any of you to go start a business that brings in $4-5m in its first real year.
